“Out for revenge” – where to watch the big #investecinternational hockey this weekend

This weekend sees one of the most talked about international matches since the Rio 2016 Olympics, where England women are hosting world giants Netherlands and Argentina in what promises to be some of the best hockey we’ve seen this year.

In a recent interview with FIH award winner and Goalkeeper of the Year Maddie Hinch she has stated how excitable the hockey community and beyond are about the game.  She said that “more eyes” will be on them than ever due to the enthralling match where both teams faced off last, which of course, was in the Olympics.

Both teams will look pretty different compared to their last meeting, with new faces and talent in the Netherlands squad and naturally the home team are representing England and not Team GB.

Maddie continued by stating that the Netherlands are:

“out for revenge.  I live with a couple of the girls and they can’t stop talking about the game.”

Pressure is definitely on!

The game is already sold out – however, to watch the game you can watch on BT Sport, which will be showing the game across their media platforms.

Both games are live on BT Sport 1, while live streaming is also available on BTSport.com and via the award-winning BT Sport App.
