BT Sport cover Women’s World League Semi-Finals in Johannesburg from July 8th

BT Sport are to show the Women’s World League Semi-Final, which is hosted by South Africa, from July 8th.

The England Women’s Hockey team are heading to Johannesburg to play against Germany, Poland, Ireland and Japan in Group A in what promises to be an exciting event from start to finish.

The group stages will set to be played from July 8th, where England take on Poland in their first match at 16:00 local time on July 10th.

The group matches will be played up until July 18th, with qualifiers leading and placing matches leading up to the final on July 23rd.

All 10 teams, who are some of the best teams in the world, are battling for a place at the World Cup Finals, which is held in July 2018 in London, which will undoubtedly be an unmissable event.

BT Sport have committed to showcasing all games during the semi-finals, with a focus on continuing to bring creativity and flare to hockey broadcasting.

On the England Hockey website, England Hockey Commercial Director Jonathan Cockcroft said:
